Missing or Defective Parts
1) Please call customer service at 866-PROMART (866-776-6278). If calling after Customer Service business hours (M-F, 8am - 4:30pm PST) and need assistance, please leave your name and telephone number, along with a brief message. We will return your call as soon as we can the next business day. Please let us know a convenient time to return your call. We would encourage you to email us at or use our convenient contact form

2) If you need help with assembly or need a missing or defective part replaced, please have your instruction sheet available before calling. Information from the instruction sheet will be needed to determine what unit you have. A description of the unit will not help in determining what you have since several units are very similar.

If you have a missing part, please check to make sure the missing part is not inside another part or already connected. We require 5 to 7 working days to ship any or all parts.

Please have the style #, UPC or DPCI number available before calling.

Return of Product
We encourage you to contact Pro-Mart's customer service department prior to returning the product to its place of purchase. We will fully address any issues you may be having with our product.
